This program may only be broadcast to and viewed by participants at REMEC Member Sites unless permission has been given by the Munson CME office.

In order to receive credit for attending a Munson Medical Center CME Activity, you must fill out and sign the CME Evaluation & Certificate for Attendance. These forms should be submitted within 10 days of participation to ensure credit. Your REMEC Site Coordinator should have copies of this form. If no form is available at your site, contact the REMEC Office at 231-935-7944. Accreditation Statements are available at this link.
