MSU Social Work Grand Rounds This program is held quarterly, from 12:00 - 1:15 pm. It is co-sponsored by The MSU School of Social Work and Michigan Center for Rural Health as part of their Grand Rounds videoconference series. There is no charge to participate via videoconference through REMEC TeleHealth Network. All connection fees are the responsibility of the participating site. This program starts promptly at 12:00 noon. In order to receive credit for attending, participating sites must be connected no later than 11:50 am. To accomodate this, dial in for this program will start at 11:15 am. All handouts, evaluations and sign in sheets for these programs will be available 2 - 3 days prior to the program at http://www.mcrh.msu.edu Click on Education on the sidebar. Completed evaluations and sign in sheets should be mailed to: Michigan Center for Rural Health B218 West Fee Hall Michigan State University East Lansing, MI 48824-1316 In order to receive continuing education credit, each site must assigne one person as a Designee/monitor. This person must fill out the required form and fax it to Phyllis Ball at (517) 432-0007 prior to the presentation or return it along with the attendance and evaluation forms. The designee/monitor MUST also sign each participant form. PLEASE NOTE: You will recieve a paper copy of your certificate mailed to you from the MSU School of Social Work. It may take up to 8 weeks. Please return your paperwork as soon as possible to Michigan Center for Rural Health.
